Can I have only dark roast coffee?

We consider the Roaster's Choice subscription to be an experience package. We want to encourage you to try coffees from all over the world and appreciate just how widely the flavour of coffee changes just by where it is grown in the world (it really is incredible). We roast each coffee depending on how we think will best accentuate and balance the naturally occurring flavour compounds within the beans. Therefore, we cannot offer only dark roast coffees in the Roaster's Choice subscription.

However, if you wish to have control over which coffees you receive, you can set up a standard subscription for a 250 gram, 500 gram or 1kg bag and you can select which coffee you would like to receive. That way you can log in a day or two before your despatch date and select a coffee you like the sound of, whether that is a current Single Origin offering or one of our Blends. If we are out of stock of a Single Origin on your despatch date, the system will select another coffee to send you instead of your preferred selection, you should receive an email the afternoon prior to your despatch day if this is going to happen.
