• How do I use my Gift Card?

  Simply add your favourite items into your cart, when you are at the checkout there is a box to add Discount Codes or Gift Card, simply place the unique code and hit Apply. You can redeem your gift card against a subscription too.

• Why am I being asked for a payment card when I have account credit?

  At present it is necessary to have a payment card saved in your account to create a subscription or order. Don't worry, you will not be charged if you have account credit (you can check this in the credit history tab of your account), we will always use account credit before charging your payment...
