We have made the decision to stop packing our coffee into resealable bags. This is due to the fact that we think it is vital that we eliminate plastic from our packaging, and prevent it going to landfill. We understand that it may be less convenient but we feel that the benefits of plastic free packaging vastly outweighs the convenience of having a seal on the bag.
To increase the freshness of the coffee we seal it into 125 gram pouches, allowing you to keep the coffee sealed until you need it. This allows for greater freshness than if it were packed into one large resealable bag, as every time you open the bag oxygen is allowed in, causing the coffee to deteriorate.
